**SITE SUPERVISOR**:
**Job Description**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Maintain daily site records and work progress reports.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans and ensure work is executed accordingly.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve site-related issues.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
- Allocate resources (materials, equipment, labour) efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to management.
- Manage inventory and request materials as needed.

Required Skill & Qualification:

- 2-5 years of experience in site supervision or construction site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
