should have 2+ years of experience in **Radiology Medical coder.**

Certification as a Certified Professional Coder **(CPC)** or Certified

Coding Specialist **(CCS)** from **AAPC** (American Academy of

Professional Coders) or **AHIMA** (American Health Information

Management Association), respectively.
- Review medical records, operative reports, and other documentation

to accurately assign diagnostic and procedural codes using **ICD-10-**

**CM, CPT, and HCPCS code sets.**
- Ensuring that all coding is completed following official coding

guidelines and regulatory requirements, including those set forth by

CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) and other relevant

organizations.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers and other staff to clarify

documentation and obtain additional information as needed to support

accurate coding.
- Identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies in medical documentation

and working with healthcare providers to resolve coding-related

queries.
- Staying updated on changes to coding guidelines, regulations, and

industry best practices related to **Radiology**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
