We are looking for a **young, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Manager** with **experience in the digital marketing industry** to join our team. If you’re passionate about sales, networking, and digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through **networking, cold calling, and industry events**.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships** with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct **market research** to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Prepare and deliver **engaging sales presentations and proposals**.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create **targeted campaigns** that drive lead generation.
- Track and analyze **sales metrics**, providing recommendations for improvement.
- **Negotiate contracts and close deals** with clients.
- Stay updated with the **latest digital marketing trends and business development strategies**.
- Participate in **strategic planning** to drive company growth.
- Lead and manage the business development team, ensuring productivity and achieving targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have experience in business development within the digital marketing industry (mandatory).**:

- Strong knowledge of **SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and **achieve targets in a fast-paced environment**.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools and MS Office Suite**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
