**Roles and Responsibilities: Graphic Design Intern**

As a Graphic Design intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various design projects and gain practical experience in a professional setting. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
**Design Execution**:
Assist in the creation of visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, such as social media graphics, website layouts, brochures, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Incorporate feedback from team members and make revisions to designs accordingly.

**Content Creation**:
Support the development of engaging visual content for social media platforms, including infographics, illustrations, and image editing.

Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving design aesthetics and user experience.

**Software Proficiency**:
Gain proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and utilise these tools to create high-quality designs.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to integrate visual and textual elements seamlessly.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas and solutions.

**Organisation and Time Management**:
Prioritise and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Maintain well-organised design files and assets for easy access and future reference.

Communicate progress, challenges, and project updates to supervisors and team members.

**Continuous Learning**:
Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and industry developments.

Proactively seek feedback from mentors and team members to improve design skills and professional growth.

Embrace opportunities to learn new design techniques and software features.

This internship will provide you with valuable experience and exposure to real-world design projects. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your design skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in graphic design.
