The Sales Executive will focus on generating leads, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and effectively using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide performance updates.
**Qualifications**:
- For freshers: A strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to achieve results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
