**Service Coordinator - Northern Region**

The company is looking out for a professional to join it as **Service - Coordinator - Northern Region**

**Location: NEW DELHI**
**Reporting : SERVICE MANAGER - Northern Region**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Experience and Key Skills**:

- Min. 3-5 years of experience in Service Coordination.
- Individuals with experience in handling service coordination of Commercial Kitchen equipments, service support will be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending service complaints
- Interacting with customers independently.
- Provide solutions to customers time to time
- Coordination between various departments for resolution of issues being raised by various customers
- Placement of Engineers/ Technician on daily basis against customer complaints/ installation etc.
- Strong Computer skills Good communication skills verbal & written.
- Preparing Quotations for customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Must be strong on Excel and Tally/ Busy.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Graduate in B.COM stream / M.B.A from a reputed university will be an added advantage.
- Overall effective personality and result oriented attitude.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Female will be given preference with all parameters being equal.

**Compensation**:

- CTC Rs. 3.8 Laks Per Annum upwards
- Compensation will depend upon past record and stability.
