**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and web inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Update and manage data accurately in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support and guidance.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales quotas.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
