Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, analyzing and interpreting marketing data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing digital marketing efforts, creating and optimizing content, conducting market research, and identifying new growth opportunities. Qualifications Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies Prior Experience in managing online ecommerce market places such as Shopify/ Amazon Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and optimization Excellent working knowledge of excel and data analysis Ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Detailed Role Description Ecommerce Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's

goals and objectives.

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, including product expansion, market

penetration, and customer acquisition.

• Plan and achieve the Ecommerce Sales targets on Amazon, Firstcry and Quick Commerce Website Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's ecommerce website, ensuring it

is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and user

experience.

• Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead the development of the company's D2C website.

Product Management:

• Manage the online product catalogue, including product listings, inventory, descriptions,

and pricing.

• Work closely with the product team to introduce new products and optimize existing ones

based on market trends and customer feedback.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, customer

acquisition, and retention, working closely with the marketing team.

• Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to maximize online visibility and

engagement.

• Analyze and optimize advertising spend to achieve ROI targets.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers, from browsing to

checkout.

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and respond to inquiries and concerns

promptly.
• Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize the ecommerce channel's performance and

profitability.

• Provide regular reports to management on sales, customer behavior, and marketing

effectiveness.

Inventory and Fulfilment:

• Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order

fulfilment.

• Implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant ecommerce regulations and standards.
• Implement security measures to protect customer data and payment information.

Team Management:

• Lead and develop a team of ecommerce professionals, including marketers, customer

support, and web developers.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Create strategies to drive sales through ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, FirstCry,

etc.

• Focus on improving key inefficiencies in ecommerce operations.

• Categorize, list, and position the company's products in various ecommerce marketplaces

to generate interest among the right audience.

• Recommend, manage, and execute online content and promotional campaigns to

increase the company's business and revenue.

• Manage various operational activities such as merchandising, post listings, and customer

service related to the company's ecommerce presence.

• Research, analyze, and provide insights on online shopping trends and report to

management.

• Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring excellent

customer service.

• Monitor business performance on ecommerce marketplaces and provide

recommendations to management.

• Update and maintain ecommerce sales data and report to management at regular

intervals.
