Head of Growth Marketing

You will utilize data interpretation skills alongside your expansion goals to develop and enact strategies that drive better customer engagement while simultaneously improving conversion metrics and retention outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Leadership:
Develop scalable growth marketing approaches that lead to a better CAC:LTV ratio.
Marketing departments must collaborate with sales teams to deliver successful campaigns through email marketing, content creation, advertising activities, events, social media channels, and sales enablement methods.
Use AI tools to maintain market trend awareness which will improve acquisition effectiveness while optimizing conversion and retention methods.
Campaign Optimization & Performance Management:
Optimization and ownership of website CTAs, landing pages, and lead-generation forms are essential for improving the main conversion points in the marketing funnel.
Perform A/B tests and continuously improve them to boost performance and ROI.
Explore new acquisition strategies and channels to identify potential growth opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Assess marketing and revenue performance metrics to identify trends and actionable insights while locating potential areas for enhancement.
Develop comprehensive reports as well as strategic recommendations specifically intended for company executives.
Funnel Management & Sales Alignment:
The end-to-end lead lifecycle management creates seamless transitions while keeping marketing and sales teams aligned.
Utilize proven strategies from account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing and demand generation processes to enhance sales performance and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Growth Marketing Expertise:
The candidate must demonstrate no less than 5 years of growth or performance marketing experience with verified results in B2B SaaS companies.
Proven ability to directly impact metrics such as revenue, CAC:LTV, and customer retention through past campaigns.
Data Fluency & Analytical Skills:
This applicant shows robust excitement for using data analysis to generate marketing strategies and boost performance results.
Shows advanced expertise in using HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense and Qualified marketing platforms.
AI-Driven Innovation:
The professional understands AI marketing applications through their combined skills in prompt engineering and campaign optimization techniques.
