Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives.

This includes overseeing all marketing functions, from brand management and digital marketing to content creation and market research.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with excellent leadership skills and a passion for Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and marketing mix optimization.

- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

- Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand building initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company values.

- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports brand building.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

- Use data to inform marketing decisions.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and brand health.

- Use data to optimize marketing strategies.

- Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, building relationships with media outlets and promoting the company's brand and products.

- Event Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.

- Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing materials and support sales initiatives.

- Agency Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.

- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and proactively explore new approaches and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or in a similar leadership role

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

- Deep experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative and innovative thinker
