Coordinate with sales representatives to address customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide updates on order status.
Assist in developing sales forecasts, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales performance.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to order fulfillment promptly and effectively (Short/Excess/Credit not issues)
Logistics Coordination:
Monitor transportation and logistics activities to facilitate the movement of goods between distribution centres and offline sales outlets.
Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Implement strategies to enhance order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Implement best practices, process enhancements, and automation solutions to streamline offline sales operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
