Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the premium plywood and interior solutions industry. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in field-based environments and is passionate about building relationships with architects and interior designers. You will be responsible for onboarding professionals into the Century Program through both company-supported databases and your own network, driving sales by understanding client needs and delivering tailored product solutions. The position demands strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a willingness to work full-time in an on-site, field-oriented capacity. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets.Responsibilities:Conduct client meetings with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and annual design projections.Present and pitch the company’s product range effectively to drive conversions.Build and maintain a personal database of design professionals to expand business reach over time.Utilize company-aided databases and self-sourced leads to onboard new clients into the Century Program.Travel regularly to meet clients across the region and manage field activities independently.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using digital tools.RequirementsRequirements:English-speaking proficiency with English-medium education from Class 1 to 10.Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal two-wheeler.Tech-savvy with strong mobile device handling skills and familiarity with social media platforms and mobile applications.Logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.Willingness to work full-time (8–9 hours daily) in a field-based, non-hybrid environment.Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year of field sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.Female or male candidates are equally encouraged to apply.BenefitsSalary: Up to 35k CTC
