Job Description

1. Leadership effectiveness
Accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
Finance Organization
Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
3. Global Finance Operations
Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
4. Finance Management: Continuous Improvement
Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
5. Finance Management: Strategy
Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; tax-saving strategy; developing and monitoring action plans.
6.Finance Management: Fiscal Performance
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances; minimizing impact of forex fluctuations.
7. Finance Management: Fiscal Performance
Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.
8. Financial Reporting and Statutory Compliances
Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements; monitors statutory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated success in all Finance functional areas within a fast-paced, technically focused environment is essential. Must be hands-on and capable of producing work with limited support leader who can develop and sustain the financial well-being of the Enterprise by providing financial planning and projections; preparing growth plans; managing capital and funding activities; developing and monitoring project and partnership cost/benefit accounting; taxation; transfer pricing; foreign exchange handling; treasury function; directing and mentoring staff; and providing strong support for cultural change.Strong funding and capital acquisition skills and experienceDemonstrates excellent interpersonal, presentation, problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to multi-task across multiple geographies and business units as well as executive level functions
