Job Description
Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.Supervise investment and raise funds for business.Work with the senior management team on company's financial strategy.Interact with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.Implement operational best practices in the accounting department.Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Controller should have:
A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CA is a must)Proven experience in a managerial position within an accounting department for global entities.Strong understanding of banking and financial regulations and legislation.Proficient in Technology & Telecoms industry, particularly in the Software sector.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong experience in Investor RelationsProficient in handling global compliances (both regulatory & secretarial)-
