Leadership Role for Global Finance Operations

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong controllership expertise to lead our global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month-end close, balance sheet governance, reconciliations, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Building and running controllership processes within a Global Capability Center or GBS.
  • Transitioning global processes, strengthening controls, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Partnering with global stakeholders to drive finance operations forward.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience in building and scaling global finance operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
