Source and procure a wide range of IT hardware including laptops, accessories, and networking devicesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing contracts and negotiationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hardware requirements accuratelyEnsure procurement processes comply with company policies and audit standardsMonitor procurement metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancementsCoordinate delivery schedules and manage inventory to avoid operational delays
