Job Description
Overseeing the daily operations and management of the plant.Use networking skills for business development by scouting for more businessDriving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing operational best practices.Developing and managing budgets, forecasting needs, and ensuring cost-effective operations.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and laws.Supervising, mentoring, and motivating plant personnel to enhance performance.Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.Implementing and enforcing safety and environmental policies.Reporting performance metrics to senior management regularly.The Successful Applicant
A successful Plant Manager should have:
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field with 15+ years of work experience.Prior experience of at least 5 years in a plant management role.Strong knowledge of industry regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.Strong understanding of budgeting and performance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
