Job Description

|| This is a Work-From-Office opportunity in Gurgaon|| Data Quality (DQ) Analysis & Support 1. Finance SPOC for stabilising newly build data lake on Assure database with respect to data flows and accuracy.

2. Work with Business Data Owners and SME's (Subject Matter Experts) to support analysis of create/update data quality rules, validate data standards defined, along with impact analysis and functional validation to support DQ rule/business rule implemented and MDM activities (create/update/delete/deactivate)

3. Support by performing business impact analysis for any master date change requests, deletion requests, DQ rule/business rule requests with respect to Data management.

4. Act a documentation approver along with business data owners for SOP updates, DQ rule/business rule documents, data standard documents and reports as required Policy, Process, Metrics & Continuous Improvement 5. Lead in preparing the robust Data Governance Model for the Organisation and processes/SOP around the same.

6. Work with Master Data management Team (MDM) to define policies and procedures for the day-by-day operational management of assigned data, including entering, storing processing, validating, and transmitting data to the systems.

7. Work with MDM and Data operations teams to monitor and adhere to the defined metrics (SLA's) to ensure that systems are working properly and periodically report them to relevant stakeholders.

8. Drive continuous improvement within data domain by investigating and identifying opportunities for improving data management processes and their performances to support the delivery of Right First Time Data.

- Support assessing suspect or actual breaches or vulnerabilities related to data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

9. Support the definition of data quality metrics from a business point of view and facilitate their transformation into technical rules, implementation, and enforcement to set realistic data quality target for data within the area of expertise. Data Catalogue 10. Identify needs for updates to the master data (data model, new reference data, DQ rules etc.), determine the impact and business value of requests for changes to the data model, working in liaison with Master data team of global shared service and data quality teams.

- Work with business experts to create and maintain business definition of data assets to ensure correct meaning of data is established.

11. Support the Data owner in defining taxonomies and reference data. Intelligent Reports 12. Play a key role in building business intellect reports for various finance functions to enable them to business partnering with cross functions. culture of Power BI across finance function and move from Excel to BI reporting.

14. Build intuitive dashboards with the help of business owners on Power BI. Interact with Senior Stakeholders

15. Internal Stakeholders - IT and Finance (Commercial and Plant) Teams, Global IT and Global Shared Services, etc. || This is a Work-From-Office opportunity in Gurgaon ||
