Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Maintain thorough subject matter expertise of the functionality and solution architecture
  2. Write code for Proof-of-concepts and prototypes in support of solution architecture activities
  3. Supervise the general planning (schedules, holidays)
  4. Provide the controls and information on what we are improving Performance management
  5. Ability to review and contribute to the definition of functional and non-functional business requirements and translate these into clearly articulated architectural requirements in the context of the required solution
  6. Lead Design, Coding, unit testing and debugging applications in Java technologies
  7. Troubleshooting and maintenance of developed applications
  8. Develops technical specifications for COTS software and configures various products based on specifications
  9. Lead a team of software developers and provide guidance on all aspects of software development including compliance with design frameworks, coding standards, optimization of development efforts
  10. Work on enterprise capabilities like external rules engines, enterprise service bus, and enterprise workflow
  11. Design, Multi Threading and performance
  12. Contribute new and emerging technology ideas that could enhance applications and/or business process
  13. Develop and enforce development standards and practices are adhered to by the development team, coding, code management, and documentation

Experience

8+ years of experience in software development including 2+years of experience as Technical Lead
