Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, it was founded in 1980s, & for over than 30 years, they have helped over 450,000 people connect to the world of sound. With a range of solutions for different types of hearing loss, maintains the industry’s largest investment in R&D. It is a medical device company that designs, manufactures, and supplies the Nucleus cochlear implant, the Hybrid electro-acoustic implant and the Baha bone conduction implant. To improve their products and services, they currently work in collaboration with over 100 research partners based in 20 countries. They initially started their operations in India through a distributor network, from 2011, they started their own operations in India, with a strong leadership team. Their Indian corporate office is located in Mumbai. It has manufacturing facilities and regional distribution centres in North America and Europe. The company conducts its operations in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. The company markets its products through subsidiaries, local offices, distributors, and agents. Their main target customers are ENT Surgeons/Doctors and audiologists, who prescribe their implants to prospective customers. No of Employees: 4,500 Revenue: 200 Cr+ Growth: 13.4% Profile: Sales Manager - Delhi Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for supporting business growth and achievement of target sales by increased engagement with HCP’s (Surgeons, Audiologist and therapist), patients and by building advocacy. Achieving the targets sales revenue objectives, developing and maintaining business and clinical relationships, building a robust service business by focusing on customer experience, support and upskill our HCPs and present clinical and business program offerings to them. Potential: Basis the incumbent performance, he can handle bigger business volume.
