Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist in medical procedures as required. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Health Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Provide guidance on medication usage, post-discharge care, and follow-up protocols. Infection Control: Adhere to infection control policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain a sterile and organized work environment. Professional Development: Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay updated with nursing practices. Contribute to team discussions and quality improvement initiatives. Compliance: Follow hospital policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in practice.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license as per local regulations.
