Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to manage key accounts in the food-FMCG sector.Build and nurture long-term relationships with major clients to ensure consistent business growth.Identify and address customer needs to maximise client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Monitor and evaluate account performance, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Drive revenue growth by implementing innovative sales approaches for key accounts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Key Accounts should have:

A degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.Proven expertise in key account management within the Food Services industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage high-profile clients effectively.A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue and growth.Solid analytical skills to assess market trends and customer behaviour.
