Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the insurance industry.Utilise analytics to assess workforce trends and support decision-making processes.Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address strategic HR needs.Monitor and report on key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.Support the design and execution of talent acquisition and retention strategies.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Strategy & Analytics professional should have:

A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in utilising data analytics to drive HR strategies and initiatives.Proficiency in HR tools and software for data analysis and reporting.Knowledge of HR policies and practices, particularly within the health insurance industry.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
