improving operational efficiencies within HROpportunity to work with a leading global setupAbout Our ClientClient is a global capability centre for a leading private equity fund.Job DescriptionResponsibilities3+ years of experience in Workday Compensation and Benefits.Hands on Experience in HCM Core, Compensation, calculated field and strong technical skill in workday Benefits, Payroll module and has ability tobuild complex Plan Eligibility rules, Compensation Plan.*Good to have knowledge in Advance CompensationUnderstand and configure Benefits (US & Canada Mandatory)Strong in creating condition rules in Business Process Definitions as per the business request and prepare Test Cases, test Plan and conduct manualtesting on each releaseGood understanding on policy and In-depth knowledge to configure required Compensation statements, made use of calculated fields and rules inBonus, Compensation calculations.Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.Analyses large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transferProvides training and assistance utilizing Workday Community and other supported applications as well as guidance on Workday process bestpractices to the HR Service Operations teamCollaborate with business users to implement process upgrades and system enhancements, leads testing and data validations, maintains data integrity,and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectivesUnderstanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields as well as being proficient in Excel and other MicrosoftOffice applicationsSupport & document new functionality that is set up for Brookfield (Workday Releases R1\R2)The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree required or minimum of 5 years' relevant work experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Compensation , Benefits and HCM is required.Preferred Time zone to crossover with US and Canada TeamAbility to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelinesPossession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skillsCustomer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers and can work effectively in aglobal team setting
