Requirements

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that our enterprise AI projects are delivered with excellence from conception to production. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage cross-functional teams, drive process improvement, and uphold the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI solution deployment, service management, and the ability to resolve complex operational challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of AI projects, from initial scoping, resource allocation, and timeline management to final delivery and post-deployment support.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients; manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Process Optimization: Develop and continuously improve service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and operational best practices to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate among engineering, data science, product, and support teams to ensure that the AI solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project delivery and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced metrics and analytics to monitor service performance and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years in service delivery or project management, ideally in technology sectors with AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, enterprise software deployments, preferably involving AI, ML, or data-driven platforms.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
