Job Description

Drive and implement strategic business transformation & sales transformation projects.Conduct in-depth activity analysis, build process maps, and document value streams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric outcomesMonitor performance metrics and recommend improvementsLead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption

The Successful Applicant

6-10 years of experience in sales and business transformationProven track record in managing transformation initiatives, preferably in AMC or BFSIStrong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyEducational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
