Job Description

Providing expert legal guidance on all aspects of law relevant to the Transport & Distribution and Third Party Logistics sectors.Directing the company's legal framework to ensure compliance with the regulatory environment.Reviewing, negotiating and drafting legal agreements and contracts.Managing legal disputes and litigations.Advising on risk management and mitigation strategies.Ensuring the company's policies adhere to the latest legal requirements.Coordinating with external legal counsel as required.Leading the legal department and mentoring the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A law degree from a recognized university.Experience in the Transport & Distribution and Third Party Logistics sectors.Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal compliance.Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong decision-making skills and strategic thinking
