Job Description

Lead the design team to create unique and market-relevant jewellery collections.Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.Analyse market trends and customer preferences to guide the design process.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval.Maintain high-quality standards across all design outputs.Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive branding and product alignment.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers in the team.Monitor and manage design project timelines and budgets effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Head should have:

A degree in jewellery design, fine arts, or a related field.Atleast 10 yrs of experienceExperience working with leading international jewellery brandsExtensive experience in jewellery design, particularly in the retail jewellery industry.Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools.An understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes.A creative mindset with the ability to align designs with market demands.Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
