Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the supply chain operations of our organization. The role involves coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and experience in logistics planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods and materials across supply chain networks.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.

Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork as required.

Negotiate with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize transportation costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations for logistics operations.

Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

Coordinate reverse logistics for returns, repairs, or replacements.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.

Knowledge of import/export procedures and transportation regulations is an advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software (, SAP, Oracle, TMS).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
