A market leader in its space, the company offers tremendous opportunities for professionals to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovation-driven ecosystem.Job DescriptionLead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making at the executive level.Partner with sales, service, and fulfilment teams to drive commercial insights and cost optimization.Deliver business performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.Oversee group-level MIS reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.Support strategic projects including new product launches and manufacturing expansion.Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and excellence.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Director - FP&A should have:CA or MBA (Tier-1) qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience.Proven background in FP&A, business finance, or revenue finance within automotive, EV, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.Exposure to large-scale operations (₹5,000+ Cr P&L) or high-growth startup environments.Expertise in SAP and strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive data-backed strategic decisions.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
