Job Description Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals. Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making at the executive level. Partner with sales, service, and fulfilment teams to drive commercial insights and cost optimization. Deliver business performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations. Oversee group-level MIS reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Support strategic projects including new product launches and manufacturing expansion. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and excellence. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Director - FP&A should have: CA or MBA (Tier-1) qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience. Proven background in FP&A, business finance, or revenue finance within automotive, EV, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors. Exposure to large-scale operations (₹5,000+ Cr P&L) or high-growth startup environments. Expertise in SAP and strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive data-backed strategic decisions. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
