The company is known for its focus on operational efficiency and its commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.Foster a strong working relationship with the officeManage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback mechanisms.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Design and implement training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and development.Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of Human Resources should have:A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.Strong understanding of HR practices with GCCsGCCs or shared services setupsExpertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organisation.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
