Job Description Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Foster a strong working relationship with the office Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback mechanisms. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Design and implement training and development programmes to enhance employee skills. Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and development. Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Human Resources should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role. Strong understanding of HR practices with GCCsGCCs or shared services setups Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organisation. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
