They are recognised for their structured approach to growth and their commitment to operational excellence within the field of Human Resources.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals across the organisation.Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.Optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour laws during the hiring process.Mentor and guide junior team members in the talent acquisition function.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition should have:Proven expertise in managing talent acquisition processes, preferably in the insurance sector.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring objectives.Excellent understanding of compliance and labour laws related to recruitment.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
