Tracking & analysis of External (Field Failures) / Internal Testing Failures , AIAG based 4th or VDA method DFMEA’s, DVP tests, Issues tracking, monitoring & closures of Design Guidelines, DRBFM analysis & Closures. Proficiency in QC tools such as 7QC stories, why-why analysis, Effective Problem solving, FTA, 8D reports, 6W-2H etc.. Must have Creative thinking ability, Analytical & Statistical Skills Must know Root cause analysis process for Design/Process quality issues using QC tools and countermeasure actions such as Interim & Permanent Corrective Actions Ability to present and articulate Precise Problem Statement with Cause & Effect QC stories Participate in Design reviews, FMEA (system / design), Track & Closure actions for Open Points Knowledge on continuous system learning tools like Design Guidelines, Kaizen, etc. Ensure horizontal deployment of countermeasures / Design principles / learning across products/Models
