JOB DETAILS 1) Grow and develop a workforce to support future expectations for production and quality through effective management, overall direction and support, coordination and motivation of team 2) Evaluate and develop departmental procedures that support cost control, quality standards and foster efficiency and accuracy; champion process improvement initiatives as set out by the company 3) Consistently promote a safe working environment. This includes keeping all materials, supplies, tools and any other production related items in their place.
