JOB DETAILS
1) Identifying new sales leads2) Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
3) Contacting potential clients via email or phone or field visits to establish rapport and set up meetings
4) Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
5) Research and identify new market opportunities
6) Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients
7) Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
8) Excellent leadership and communication skills
9) Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
10) Developing quotes and proposals
11) Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
12) Maintain perfect project records and mediator between the client and the operation team
13) Follow up for payments post completion of projects and submit the final project ledger to the accounts team
