About Our Client

This opportunity is with a medium-sized organisation specialising in the manufacturing of aluminium castings within the metal industry. The company has a well-established presence and supplies to automotive, Aerospace, auto components and other allied industry

Job Description

Reporting to the plant head you will:

Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of aluminium casts.Develop and implement strategies to optimise production costs and enhance productivity.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations within the production facility.Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve departmental goals.Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to improve product quality and innovation.Monitor production schedules and address any potential bottlenecks or delays proactively.Analyse performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Head should have:

15 to 25 years of experience in a manufacturing set up especially from Auto, components mfg, castings, metal or allied industryFull time engineering degree in any discipline
