EXIM MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Overseeing International Trade Operations: managing the entire process of importing and exporting goods, including planning, coordination and executionEnsuring Compliance: staying up-to-date with and ensuring adherence to all relevant international trade laws, regulations and customs proceduresNegotiating Contracts: with suppliers, freight forwarders to secure favourable terms for international shipmentCoordinating Shipment: managing the logistics including arranging transportation, customs clearance and deliveryBuilding Relationship: developing and maintaining strong relationship with suppliers, freight forwarders, custom brokersAnalysing Market Trends: monitoring market conditions, identifying potential opportunities and developing strategiesManaging Budgets: to ensure cost-effectiveness and to identify the cost-saving opportunitiesProblem Solving: addressing the challenges and issues that arise during the process such as customs delay, documentation errors or shipment disruptionsDocumentation: preparing and overseeing all necessary import-export documentations

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of international trade regulations and customs procedureKnowledge of logistics and supply chain managementProficiency in relevant softwareExperience in Export-Import operationsBachelor's degree in related field
