You may know us as Niva Bupa in India, but globally Bupa has over 80,000 employees, 50m customers and an ambition to reach 100m customers by 2027.Job DescriptionEnsures products are developed and features are prioritised in line with Bupa's Technology Strategic Framework, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, optimisation and innovation in technology services leveraging Bupa's scale and CoE'sAccountable for all aspects of run and change for portfolio of technology products and services adopting DevSecOps practises where possible, to deliver resilient, secure and strategically aligned servicesAccountable for information security and data protection of products and services at all stages of product lifecycle and in accordance with Bupa policies and standards and in alignment with the Group Functions Information Security strategy and governanceAccountable for resilience of products and services at all stages of product lifecycle, with oversight of third parties, where appropriate (internal or external)The Successful ApplicantStrong subject matter expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance disciplines preferredExperience managing GRC platforms including BeWise desirableSenior technology professional with significant experience delivering complex product deliveryExperience in transforming from waterfall to agile ways of working and leading cross-functional product teamsStrong experience managing technology run and change delivery including testing and release managementComfortable making technical decisions in alignment with policies standardsSenior level stakeholder engagement expertise with the ability to understand product-level content as well as executive-level strategic thinking, and translate into technology service provisionInnovative mindset with experience in user-centricity and design thinking ways of working
