JOB DETAILS One of our clients, a reputed NGO based in Chennai, is looking out for a Senior Manager Learning & Development.The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the performance management, learning opportunities and vision for engagement for all our staff members. This will include, but is not limited to: 1- Working closely with our schools, academic managers and curriculum team to understand the training requirements of the schools 2- Designing high quality training modules that further enhance/build on the curriculum for teachers, coordinators and principals 3- Working closely with other senior managers and director to understand the training requirements of the team 4- Designing high quality training modules for the implementation team. 5- Use learning design methodologies, competency modelling & blended learning 6- Innovate in instructional design and create both print and online material. 7- Create storyboards for video and other multimedia content.
