Job Description The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad Industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets and managing teams. Vacancies available at Kollam, Perinthalmanna and Calicut locations Responsibilities Team Leadership: Spearhead and supervise a 20-member team, offering guidance, motivation, and support to optimize their performance and productivity. Target Achievement: Formulate and execute strategies to surpass set targets, ensuring the branch significantly contributes to the company’s overall goals. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, prioritizing high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Operational Excellence: Streamline and enhance branch operations for increased efficiency, delivering exceptional service to clients. Reporting: Furnish regular reports on branch performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements, to the senior management team. Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment process and actively contribute to the training and development of team members. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration policies to make well-informed decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and branches to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to achieving business objectives.
