Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Student Counselor specializing in study-abroad services. The Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in exploring study-abroad opportunities, understand educational goals, and help them develop a clear academic and career pathway. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, advising students on application processes, collaborating with educational institutions, and maintaining effective communication with students and families. Qualifications - Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students effectively in their academic and study-abroad aspirations - Strong Communication skills for interaction with students, families, and educational institutions - Experience in Customer Service, ensuring an excellent support and advisory experience for students and stakeholders - Familiarity with the Education sector and processes related to international admissions and student programs - Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, on-site environment - Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) - Prior experience in study-abroad counseling or educational consultancy is an added advantage
