About Our Client

Our client is a leading product based SaaS company. that helps enterprises automate document processing - helps enterprises convert documents such as invoices, ID cards & bank statements into actionable data. They are currently working on a remote set up and plan to have an office in Mumbai in 3-5 months.

Job Description

- Capable of handling both Manager and Individual Contributor roles.

- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (15%).

- Perform individual recruiting tasks from sourcing to closing (50%).

- Collaborate with HR operations to increase employee retention (15%).

- Engage in organisational planning (10%).

- Focus on employer branding and networking (10%)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager TA should have:

A strong understanding of practising Talent Acquisition in SaaS based set upProven expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiativesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work closely with the leaders and drive leadership conversationsA strategic mindset with the ability to identify future hiring needsKnowledge of HR software and databases
