Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TA Executive located in Mumbai. The TA Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to Talent Acquisition, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes. Additionally, the TA Executive will collaborate with various teams to support recruitment initiatives and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA 2025 Fresher's also welcome
