Roles and Responsibilities

Title - Data Analytics
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will
inform business decisions. The candidate should have at least years of experience in a
similar role, along with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve business
performance
Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to improve forecasting
accuracy and business insights
Identify data quality issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner
Develop and maintain data models and databases to support reporting and analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data
strategy and analysis
This is a individual contributor role

Qualifications:
Must-have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or
related field
At least years of experience in a data analytics role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or
related field
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with cloud-based data platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Platform)
Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Platform
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and manipulation
Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
