The role requires a mix of leadership, technical analytics expertise, and commercial acumen to drive forecasting excellence and data-driven decision-making for global pharmaceutical clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery- Lead and manage complex consulting engagements across forecasting, business analytics, and commercial strategy.- Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and deliver robust, actionable insights for strategic and financial decision-making.- Develop, validate, and maintain forecasting models integrating diverse data sources (e.g., IQVIA, DRG, internal client data).- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive assessments to inform brand planning, lifecycle management, and opportunity identification.- Integrate primary research, secondary data, and market intelligence to build strategic narratives and business recommendations.- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and client satisfaction metrics.- Present findings to senior client stakeholders through impactful presentations and well-structured reports.- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, research, and data science teams to drive analytical rigor and innovation.- Explore AI/ML methodologies for forecasting accuracy improvement and data-driven performance insights.Leadership & Team Development- Provide leadership, mentorship, and skill development support to Consultants and Senior Consultants.- Drive engagement, retention, and growth of high-performing teams through effective talent management.- Foster a learning culture to enhance storytelling, data visualization, and analytical thought leadership.- Build and nurture client relationships, creating trusted advisor partnerships that foster repeat engagements and client satisfaction.- Lead internal initiatives to develop new capabilities (e.g., segment-level analytics, novel data sources, automation Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences; Masters degree in Pharma, Biotech, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, or strategic consulting within the life sciences or healthcare domain.- Proven track record of leading global projects and managing high-performing analytical teams.- Strong expertise in financial modeling, market sizing, sales forecasting, and scenario planning using Excel or advanced BI tools.- Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, data integration, and analytics frameworks relevant to the BioPharma industry.- Solid experience with key data sources (IQVIA, DRG, etc.) and integration into forecasting models.- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.- Strong presentation and communication abilities with C-suite exposure.- Experience working with US or European pharmaceutical clients preferred.
