Job Description

Job Role:

Manage all customer communication and brand campaigns for Agri Business Group Product positioning and Customer Life Cycle Management Drive Go-To-Market strategies along with competition benchmarking Manage budgets and yearly plan for marketing Customeracquisition and engagement Identify and execute Cross-sell and up-sell campaigns, Lead generation campaigns & Regulatory/service campaigns Stakeholder management and business alignment Support Business teams with new presentations, presentation revamp and new product launch Employee engagement, sales support and internal communication Planning & executing sales contests for the sales team Strict adherence to the process and guidelines

Job Requirement:

Experienced in handling central marketing and communication function Skilled with new age Digital Marketing mediums A good mix of data understanding and out-of-the-box thinking Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage BTL and creative agencies Ability to perform under pressure situations MBA, 2 years full time from a reputed institute Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience
