Job Description

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, overseeing POSM execution, managing merchandisers and promoters, monitoring their performance, and driving TAM and loyalty initiatives for the channel partners. The TMM also initiates CRM efforts and ensures knowledge sharing within the team to effectively lead trade marketing across channels.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have:

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in developing and implementing end-to-end trade marketing strategies within the FMCG sectorMandatory background in skincare and personal care categoriesStrong presentation skills, leadership qualities, and a clear drive for professional growth
