Role: Dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Hybrid Mode)

What You'll Do:

Source & Engage:Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent for diverse ITES/BPS domains 

Screen & Qualify:Conduct thorough candidate assessments to match skills and aspirations with client requirements.

Pipeline Management:Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful offer closure.

Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.


Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment, BPS, BFSI, Loan, Mortgage, Insurance, Finance, Banking domains.

Results-Driven:A strong, demonstrable commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.

Exceptional Communicator:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate and client engagement.

Problem-Solver:Aptitude for identifying challenges and proactively finding solutions.

Adaptable & Resilient:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace continuous learning.

Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms.

Essential Requirement:Must possess your own laptop for hybrid work.
